Tasmanian Independent Bottlers (TIB) announced today that their latest two releases (TIBRD002 and TIBRD009) have been bottled and will be available for purchase via their website from Monday 5 March onward. Tim Ducket of TIB confirmed the names of 'Redlands Release 3' TIBRD002 Muscat Cask (49.2%) - $170.00 per bottle, and 'Redlands Release 2' - TIBRD009 Port Cask (49.6%) at $175.00 per bottled for 500 ml. Both Redlands were released in a quantity of just over 200 bottles.

South Australian Tin Shed distillery today announced the release of their Batch #10 Silver Series dram. According to owner and Head Distiller Ian Schmidt, this batch displays "Big honey, sour fruit, then herbal with some resin (vine sap), slightly astringent leafy tannins in the back palate".
