Some of you may know that Tasmanian Redlands distillery has introduced their 'Paddock to Bottle' concept during their time in Derwent House where they sourced their water and malt directly form the surroundings of their distillery. When they had to move to Dysart House in late 2015, that program temporarily had to be halted due to different circumstances at the new home.
They did bring with them though a number of barrels from the PdB scheme and one 100l barrel (the penultimate of he program) has been decanted. After a period of de-flocking, the dram has now been bottled and released to the public. It comes at 46% ABV/Vol and costs approximately 210 $ for 500ml. The 'Paddock to Bottle' program may be reintroduced again once the local conditions at Dysart House allow it.
